| Iteon is a company specialising in smart cards with three lines of business: Consulting: working principally with bankers and telecom companies, Iteon is aimed at helping customers develop their strategy, through enhanced knowledge about smart cards. Iteon's fields of expertise cover banking smart cards and migration to EMV, mobile commerce and mobile telephony value-added services, public key infrastructures (PKI). Software development: Iteon proposes embedded smart card application software. We offer both off-the-shelf products and specific developments. Innovation: Iteon has developped and patented two technologies for smart cards. Chip Secure Extensions, is a security protocol that considerably enhances the level of security of EMV cards, at no extra cost.
