Objectives

The inception of smart loyalty cards dramatically changed the approach of managing a loyalty program. The use of a chip card allows for a real one-to-one targeted marketing and paves the way for internet or mobile phone based customer contact.

This course is providing the keys to start such a program.

Details

The training will be given by Jerome Ajdenbaum. Jerome is Senior Consultant for Iteon, the company he started four years ago. Jerome is a specialist of EMV security, working with banks and manufacturers to enhance the security of the systems under deployment. Before starting Iteon, Jerome held various R&D and marketing responsibilities with Bull CP8 (now Axalto).
